Rotary volumetric lobe blower for conveying oil-free atmospheric air
· Three-lobe rotors with rectified profile, statically and dynamically balanced, made of ductile iron GJS 400-15 UNI-EN 1563
· Body with integrated device for dampening LOW PULSE pressure pulsations and reinforced with ribs to eliminate distortions due to loads, built in high-strength gray cast iron GJL 250 UNI-EN 1561
· Reinforced sidewalls with ribs to withstand the loads induced by the trees, made of high-strength gray cast iron GJL 250 UNI-EN 1561
· Integral shafts with rotors made of ductile iron GJS 400-15 UNI-EN 1563 up to size RBS 106 or coupled to the rotors by means of forced coupling and tab, made of C40 UNI-EN 10083/1 steel from size RBS 115 to size RBS 165
· Rolling bearings calculated for a life of 100,000 hours at the maximum speed and pressure conditions specified in the catalog
